Refund Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

We want ClutchDay to be worth your money. If something isn't working for you, write us and we'll consider a refund. The policy below explains how that works.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period shown at checkout. To avoid being charged, cancel from your profile before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you owe nothing.

Refund window

After the trial converts to a paid subscription, you can request a refund of that month's charge by emailing us within 7 days of the charge date. Charges older than 7 days are not eligible.

How we evaluate requests

Refunds are granted at our discretion for valid concerns — something broken, misrepresented, or a billing mistake. We do not offer no-questions-asked refunds. We may ask a brief follow-up question before approving.

How to request

Email support@clutchday.com from the email on your account. Include the date of the charge and a short explanation. We typically reply within two business days.

What happens after approval

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your access to the app ends when the refund is issued.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the most recent one. Use cancellation if you simply want to stop renewing; use this refund process if you believe the most recent charge should be reversed.
